Impact of Covid19 on Deliveries
Royal Mail are operating at a reduced rate due to Covid19. Royal Mail aims to deliver orders within the normal delivery time but they are very stretched. Whilst we continue to operate and dispatch orders, due to the Covid19 virus, some delays in delivery may occur. For that reason we cannot be specific about where any delays may occur, but Royal Mail do continue to make deliveries as normal where possible.

70% of our products are made in-house. However we do have some fantastic partners on board to ensure that we offer a wide range of unique gifts. Some products will be sent directly to you from our partner companies. For this reason, pick up from store is not available on some products. Additional delivery charges may apply for multiple items purchased and your order may arrive in separate packages.
